  • SWAT has a very close relationship with our Rental Property Management Teams and Real Estate Owners. We provide a thorough and timely service AND will keep you informed throughout the whole process. Simply email your job to us, and we will do the rest. Billing is to your agency via email, with your client also named on the bill monthly if you prefer to forward these for payment (or print and post), but contact us if this does not suit. Ideally the agency bills the client & pays us directly.

  • For instance, there is currently an Australia-side pandemic (bigger than an epidemic) of Bed Bugs in the accommodation industry.

    With travellers so mobile, it is easy for accommodation providers to be infested quickly, and for infestations to spread quickly. Yet not many pest control services are even aware of the industry standard for Bed Bug eradication. SWAT understands that Bed Bugs are not a reflection on the business and provides a quick, confidential and effective treatment for Bed Bugs.

General Note

Major insect infestations may require full fumigation and other products, other than Pyrethriods, may need to be used. This decision will always be made only after consultation with your Senior Management. SWAT will always aim to use the most effective, efficient and enviro-friendly approach to Pest Management.

When insects contact the areas treated by with the Pyrethroid they will die. Be aware that small insects will die immediately, but larger ones may take longer. Leave spider webs a few days before removing to allow them to contact the web. SWAT may also use a blower vac to combat pests that live in wall cavities, roof spaces or other hard-to-reach places.
